In the event having trouble to activate the USB fans please try the following:

If the USB fans do not activate when plugged into your laptop try plug the USB directly into a plug point (Cell Phone Charger) as the fans have been standing for a while and require the initial power to help them move. Secondly, there is a sweet spot – roughly half-way – that you have push in the USB connector into the laptop for the fans to activate.
